Patricia Berger inspires and teaches with clarity, gentleness, enthusiasm and warmth. She brings 30 years of Yoga practice and meditation plus 20 years of teaching experience to her classes. She also draws from lifelong study of Western and Eastern spiritual traditions as well as 22 years practicing and instructing bodywork with a specialty in Thai Yoga massage.
