Fall Yoga

Join us for our fall in person (socially distanced) or Zoom yoga. Tuesdays at 4 pm and Thursdays at 7:30 am. All- levels, integrative and inspiring practice of Asana and Pranayama to energize, relax and charge the prana, followed by short meditation and shavasana.

Modifications provided for those who need a therapeutic approach. In this case, assessment and short consult required before participating.

This class session will run for 8 weeks, September 8 through October 27. If life happens and you miss a session, we’ll provide a recording.

Cost for session: 8 weeks (16 classes) for $88.

Meditation
